Job Summary:
Responsible for conducting import purchases, negotiating with international suppliers, and managing import processes to meet customer requirements.
Key Highlights:
1. Experience with import processes and international negotiation.
2. Knowledge of SISCOMEX, customs legislation, and Incoterms.
3. Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or International Relations.
Procure imported parts not available in stock by negotiating prices and delivery timelines with international suppliers to meet customer needs. Receive international purchase orders and execute the import process; negotiate prices with suppliers to ensure competitiveness while maintaining the company's profit margins; negotiate freight terms and monitor documentation flows, customs regimes, and foreign exchange procedures; and perform other related duties.
**Technical Knowledge / Soft Skills:**
* Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields;
* Prior experience with import processes;
* Knowledge of SISCOMEX and customs legislation;
* Intermediate or advanced English (for communication with international suppliers);
* Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate or advanced Excel).
* Knowledge of Incoterms and special customs regimes.
