Planning Engineer (Geology)

Job Summary: Professional responsible for macro-planning, economic/financial management, risk analysis, and application of production engineering and project management methodologies, leveraging BI and AI. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic management of planning and construction schedules. 2. Application of AI for risk forecasting, data classification, and analysis. 3. Use of Power BI for dashboards and KPIs. * **Macro-planning** of projects and integration of **schedules** (engineering, procurement, construction), ensuring adherence to **Technical Gates** and contractual deadlines. * **Economic/financial management** (cash flow curves, IDP/BM), support for **progress measurements** and contract control; **weekly/monthly reporting** on progress and critical issues. * Consolidation of an **interference map**, risks, and bottlenecks; development of **action plans** and optimizations; coordination with designers and implementation teams; facilitation of **Design Reviews**. * Application of **Production Engineering** to planning (takt time, productivity, AWP/Path of Construction, constructability, and sequencing). * **Project Management** (PMBOK, governance, risk); application of the **Theory of Constraints and Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM)** with buffers and variability management. * **Business Intelligence**: development of dashboards and KPIs in **Power BI**; * **Applied AI**: use of models for **schedule/cost risk forecasting**, **document classification**, **data extraction**, and **trend analysis** in schedules and reports.
