Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, monitoring, and overseeing construction execution to ensure goal achievement and report preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Planning and monitoring of construction schedules 2. Development and monitoring of action plans and indicators 3. Reading project scopes and controlling technical reports - Responsible for developing work plans and service measurement spreadsheets. - Monitor construction schedules and physical-financial schedules. - Develop and monitor action plans to achieve project goals. - Develop performance indicators, evaluate and approve daily construction reports. - Read project scopes and develop control spreadsheets. - Monitor construction progress against the schedule. - Monitor technical reports from preparation through delivery to the client.
