Production Operator (Temporary)

Description

Job Summary: Develop and correct colors, perform weighing, mixing, and quality control (QC) tests on paints, and manage inventory. Key Highlights: 1. Will be responsible for color development and correction with fidelity to the standard 2. Responsible for weighing, mixing, and release of paints 3. Will manage inventory and input information into the system Will develop and/or correct colors to achieve maximum fidelity to the color standard and tolerances; perform weighing, mixing, and release of paints according to technical quality standards; conduct QC tests for product release. Will monitor production equipment and, if necessary, adjust hue according to customer requirements; will reuse obsolete paints. Will manage inventory (consumption, expiry dates, FIFO, 5S, and housekeeping) and input information into the system and control spreadsheets. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Completed high school education; * Flexible working hours.
