Description

Job Summary: Responsible for assisting in the turning, drilling, and milling of parts, following procedures and ensuring quality, safety, and target achievement. Key Highlights: 1. CNC turning, drilling, and milling operations. 2. Support in maintenance activities and fault investigation. 3. Performing checklists and verifying instrument calibration. Responsible for assisting in the turning, drilling, and milling of parts, jigs, and dies, following procedures defined in the Production Order (PO), drawings, and instructions from supervisors, aiming to ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental standards, and established targets. Execute turning, drilling, and milling operations on CNC machines according to predefined programs and technical drawings. Replace cutting tools as required by production needs and surface finish requirements. Perform equipment checklists before operation starts, ensuring suitable operating conditions. Verify instrument calibration to ensure measurement accuracy. Identify and segregate defective parts, forwarding them for rework or recovery when necessary. Detect equipment anomalies, record incidents, and notify maintenance personnel. Support maintenance activities by providing guidance and clarifying doubts to ensure efficiency and quality. Assist in investigating equipment and product failures, contributing to process continuity and improvement.
