All selection processes conducted by **JSL** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead and execute DHO initiatives, such as Performance Evaluation, Feedback Cycles, IDPs (Individual Development Plans), and Talent Management; * Conduct training and development programs, including onboarding; * Ensure governance of HR processes; * Supervise and audit critical HR routines, such as payroll closing, electronic time tracking, hiring, and terminations; * Monitor and analyze People metrics, proposing Action Plans; * Support and lead Organizational Climate and Culture initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Prior experience in DHO / People Management; * Generalist profile with knowledge of hiring, termination, benefits, payroll, and labor legislation; * Experience managing and monitoring HR metrics; * Experience with Development Programs; * Experience with BI applied to HR and HR metrics analysis; * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis); * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills and strategic vision; * Must have easy access to the Jardim Canadá region, Nova Lima/MG. **Additional Information** You’ll find the traditional benefits you already know—and we go beyond: * **Benefits Club:** Exclusive platform offering discounts across multiple categories—gastronomy, entertainment, services, education, leisure, and sports. * **Connected to You:** A dedicated channel providing specialized support for you and your family—including psychological, social, financial, legal assistance, and more—available 24/7, with full confidentiality. * Extended **Maternity** and **Paternity Leave**, plus a **Newborn Kit** for new mothers and fathers. * We understand how important children’s and teenagers’ education is.
