Preparation of shift reports **Control Tower Agent (Remote – Night Shift)** We are hiring a **Control Tower Agent** to work **100% remotely**, monitoring operational alerts and ensuring rapid communication with responsible teams. This is a position **primarily on night shift**, with a **12-hour rotating schedule**, which may include **weekends**, so availability for this work model is essential. **Main responsibilities:** * Monitor operational alerts and events in real time * Escalate incidents via calls and messages to responsible teams * Log incidents and prepare **shift reports** **Requirements:** * **Fluent English required** (interaction with UK and Australian clients) * Availability for **12-hour shifts, primarily night shifts**, including weekends * Personal computer, headset, and stable internet connection * Organizational skills and ability to respond quickly to incidents **Preferred qualifications:** * English proficiency certification * Experience in monitoring, NOC, support, or operations **Work model:** 100% **remote** **Compensation:** Between R$ 6.500,00 and R$ 7.000,00 per month Interested candidates must submit their **CV and, if possible, an English proficiency certificate** — proficiency is a plus.
