Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for organizing and optimizing cargo distribution, defining efficient routes, monitoring schedules, and ensuring compliance with records and reports. Key Highlights: 1. Optimization of cargo distribution and definition of efficient routes 2. Monitoring of schedules, performance, and compliance with regulations 3. Control and issuance of essential documentation for operations **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Organize and optimize cargo distribution, ensuring appropriate deadlines and costs * Define efficient routes, considering factors such as traffic, safety, and fuel economy; * Monitor schedules, performance, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards; * Maintain active communication for delivery updates, resolution of inquiries, and post\-transport support; * Control and issue CT\-es, invoices, insurance documents, and other essential operational records; * Identify and resolve unforeseen issues such as delays, damages, and operational difficulties; * Verify compliance of records and reports to ensure accuracy and legality; * Operate logistics management platforms for cargo tracking, fleet control, and performance analysis. **Requirements:** **Education:** * Preferred: Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Logistics, Administration, or related fields **Experience:** * Prior experience in the logistics sector **Knowledge:** * Basic computer skills (Excel, tracking systems) **Work Schedule:** Day shift, 12/36 schedule **Benefits:** Transportation allowance (VT), health insurance, life insurance, meals provided at the company **Salary:** R$ 2\.400,00 per month Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$2\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Logistics (Mandatory)
