Job Summary: Vehicle Maintenance and Preparation Analyst, responsible for technical analysis, budget validation, and service provider management. Key Highlights: 1. Technical analysis of fleet maintenance and failure history 2. Evaluation and approval of budgets with a focus on cost-effectiveness 3. Management and development of the service provider network * Conduct technical analysis of fleet maintenance history, return checklists, and fleet damage reports. * Evaluate, validate, and approve vehicle maintenance and preparation budgets, ensuring optimal cost\-effectiveness. * Serve and monitor the client portfolio, ensuring comprehensive and effective service delivery. * Identify and develop opportunities to expand and improve the service provider network. * Support the preparation process of demobilized vehicles according to pre-owned vehicle standards. * Contribute to service provider network management by analyzing budgets, identifying deviations, and reporting inconsistencies. * Support training and qualification of new suppliers on systems, portals, and maintenance standards. * Propose improvements and innovations in vehicle maintenance and preparation processes. * Support claims and pre-owned vehicle departments in technical analysis and pricing of repairs, including cases exceeding critical market value thresholds, with potential reclassification to claims/total loss channels. * Benefits: Transportation Allowance (VT) and Meal Voucher (VR): R$ 25.00/day – via Caju card; Unimed Health Plan with co-payment * Education: **Administration, Engineering, or related fields** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
