Senior Controller Analyst

Description

Luiza Barcelos is seeking a Senior Controller Analyst to monitor and analyze performance results. 1\. Generate data for the preparation of the monthly Statement of Income (DRE), including detailed analysis of the Group's income statement account movements. 2\. Conduct the monthly royalty closings for Luiza Barcelos Group franchises, contributing to accuracy and compliance. 3\. Monitor the monthly sales closings of company-owned stores to verify the monthly settlement of rent payments with shopping malls. 4\. Perform credit analysis for multi-brand clients, approving credit for purchases or monitoring payments via advance disbursement in cases where credit limits have been established. 5\. Approve purchase orders from multi-brand clients, adhering to established credit release policies. 6\. Generate and disseminate the industry's daily billing report by product and channel, providing information such as average price and progress against budget. 7\. Support departments in building and monitoring the budgeting process using the GMD methodology. 8\. Perform the monthly closing of commercial representatives' sales commissions, ensuring calculation accuracy. 9\. Request the issuance of service invoices from the Tax Department related to royalty revenue and financial intermediation. 10\. Perform the monthly closing of commissions for omnichannel sales financial intermediation, ensuring compliance with established processes. 11\. Calculate monthly provisions impacting the monthly accounting close, covering areas such as commissions, freight, tax deferrals, and others. 12\. Propose improvements to processes within their area of responsibility, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and definitions. 13\. Comply with technical, quality, safety, environmental, and health standards and procedures. 14\. Stay updated on trends in their field of expertise and on new tools, resources, and technologies available in the market. 15\. Participate in internal and external training programs to enhance knowledge relevant to their area of responsibility. 16\. Understand the company's mission, principles, values, policies, and objectives, and comply with organizational and coexistence norms.
