Job Summary: A professional responsible for inspecting risks, implementing the Risk Management Plan (PGR), conducting training, advising on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE), and investigating accidents, aiming for continuous improvement of workplace safety. Key Highlights: 1. Identification and monitoring of environmental and accident risks 2. Promotion of training sessions, lectures, and preventive campaigns 3. Investigation of accidents and occupational diseases * Conduct inspections, identify environmental and accident risks, and monitor implementation of the Risk Management Plan (PGR). * Coordinate with technical representatives from the contracted company in Occupational Safety and Medicine. * Promote training sessions, lectures, Safety Dialogues (DDS), and preventive campaigns. * Advise on and supervise proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE). * Provide guidance on occupational safety and hygiene procedures as stipulated by legislation. * Investigate causes of accidents and occupational diseases, proposing corrective and preventive measures. * Implement occupational safety and hygiene procedures and evaluate achieved results. * Collaborate with the Human Resources department. * Attend courses and seminars for professional development and updating. Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Alternate Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Work Location: On-site
