Come be part of this community! **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Leading strategic procurement processes (services, materials, and equipment); * Managing contracts, negotiations, and supplier relationships; * Performing technical and commercial analysis and evaluation of proposals; * Developing and implementing procurement (sourcing) strategies; * Monitoring supplier performance (KPIs, SLAs, quality, and costs); * Identifying cost reduction opportunities and efficiency gains; * Maintaining coordination with engineering, planning, contracts, and operations; * Ensuring compliance, governance, and adherence to policies. **For this position, we expect you to have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration and/or Engineering and/or Logistics and/or related fields; * Solid procurement experience, preferably in mining or heavy industry; * Experience in complex negotiations and large-scale contracts; * Knowledge of strategic sourcing and supplier management; * Preferred knowledge or experience with ISO 14001: Environmental Management System (EMS). v So, are you ready to embark on this journey?!
