Come revolutionize education with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure that IT services effectively meet current and future business needs at appropriate cost. Manage risks that could impact IT services, ensuring agreed service levels by reducing such risks to acceptable levels to maintain operational continuity and proper functioning. * Maintain relationships and act as intermediary with vendors regarding compliance and monitoring of signed contracts. Monitor and evaluate service quality, consistently seeking optimal cost\-benefit ratios to meet organizational objectives. * Guarantee secure user access to IT services, data, and other IT assets, prioritizing confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.
