Come and join us. \#sanguelaranja! **About the Role and Job Mission** You will be responsible for driving automation initiatives within the Operations department, focusing on the design, implementation, and maintenance of RPA solutions, workflow automations, and AI Agents. The Senior Operations Analyst will work closely with operational teams to identify inefficiencies, map processes, and translate business needs into scalable and reliable automations. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:** * Identifying automation opportunities within operational workflows and ensuring they are translated into effective technological solutions. * Developing, monitoring, and enhancing RPA bots and AI Agents, ensuring high performance, reliability, and data integrity. * Collaborating with Operations, Technology, and Product teams to ensure automations comply with business rules, regulatory standards, and operational requirements. * Designing workflows and solutions with clarity, simplicity, and precision. * Reducing manual tasks, operational risks, and rework through robust automation strategies. * Ensuring on-time delivery of automation projects by managing dependencies and constraints. * Supporting teams during testing, deployment, and adoption of newly automated processes. * Monitoring KPIs and automation performance, proactively identifying failures, bottlenecks, or improvement opportunities. **What We’re Looking For** **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in operational processes, automation, or continuous improvement. * Experience with RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or similar). * Solid understanding of process mapping, optimization, and automation design. * Experience building or maintaining RPA bots or rule-based automations. * Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. * Analytical skills to identify inefficiencies, root causes, and areas for improvement. * Automation Anywhere, Sydle, and Power Automate will be the primary tools used daily. * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. * Advanced/fluent English proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with AI Agents, workflow tools, or orchestration platforms. * Familiarity with LLM-based workflows or API integrations. * Prior experience in fintechs, payment institutions, or financial operations. * SQL or Python. **Benefits** * Meal Allowance and Food Voucher * Health and Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Birthday Day Off * Baby On Board and Nursing Room * Extended Parental Leave * Childcare/Babysitter Allowance and/or allowance for children with disabilities * Wellhub and Inter Running Group * CARE4U Space (Belo Horizonte): self-care services at exclusive rates, decompression area, games, and mini-golf course * Benefits within our SuperApp, such as Duo Gourmet * Inter Prime Card * Internal training and development programs **Selection Process Steps** * Resume screening; * Screening call (initial outreach to align expectations regarding the role); * Assessments; * Interview with Talent Team; * Technical test (if required); * Interview with leadership; * Job Offer (Offer); **\#VemproInter!!!** At Inter, the future isn’t a distant place.
