Strategic vehicle maneuvering to optimize space YARD COORDINATOR \| CarSoul The Yard Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and optimizing yard operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in service execution. This professional plays a critical role in managing the service schedule, organizing production demand, locating and moving vehicles, as well as inspecting and maneuvering vehicles to optimize yard space. Responsibilities: * Service Schedule Verification: Review and organize the service schedule to ensure adherence to established deadlines and prioritize tasks according to the urgency and complexity of scheduled services. * Production Demand Organization: Collaborate with production departments to understand daily demands and requirements, ensuring resources are ready and available as scheduled. * Vehicle Location and Relocation: Locate vehicles within the yard and move them according to work orders; coordinate the retrieval of vehicles required for scheduled services. * Vehicle Inspection: Conduct visual and documentation inspections to ensure vehicles are ready for service, and promptly report any discrepancies or issues identified to responsible personnel. * Vehicle Maneuvering in the Yard: Maneuver vehicles efficiently to optimize available yard space, and coordinate strategic vehicle placement to facilitate service execution. Qualifications: High school diploma completed. \*Valid driver's license for vehicle transportation, Category B\+\* Competencies: * Organization: Ability to organize and prioritize tasks according to demand, maintaining efficient yard and service schedule management. * Proactivity: Anticipate and prevent potential delays or operational issues by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing proactive solutions. * Communication: Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with the production team and clearly and accurately report any vehicle anomalies identified.
