To continue writing this success story, we want you on our team! We are seeking a Process Operator – Compounding to work in our Compounding Department. Main Responsibilities: * Prepare cosmetic formulations (creams, lotions, serums, gels, soaps, etc.) according to established formulas and technical procedures; * Operate reactors and mixers, adjusting temperature, agitation, and time as instructed; * Organize and sanitize the compounding area before, during, and after production; * Complete production and control records on physical or digital forms, ensuring traceability and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Conduct simple pH and viscosity tests, where applicable; * Strictly follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and internal hygiene, safety, and quality standards; * Keep utensils and equipment organized, preserving the integrity of compounded formulations; * Report irregularities or technical failures to the production manager or supervisor. Required Qualifications: * Prior experience in cosmetic compounding (creams, lotions, gels, serums, etc.); * Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail; * Commitment to safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Ability to work effectively in a team and strong communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience in a cosmetic laboratory or compounding pharmacy; * Basic knowledge of quality control (pH, viscosity, appearance); * Familiarity with equipment cleaning and sanitization; * Experience completing production worksheets and control records; * Proactivity in suggesting process improvements and departmental organization.
