### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Responsible for the operation, inspection, and maintenance of small-scale machines and equipment used in industrial maintenance activities, ensuring safety, productivity, and compliance with technical standards and internal procedures. **Responsibilities** * Operate light machinery and equipment (such as compactors, jackhammers, grinders, drills, concrete vibrators, among others) in industrial maintenance tasks. * Perform daily inspections on assigned equipment, checking operating conditions, oil and fuel levels, and required adjustments. * Support assembly, disassembly, repair, and maintenance activities by properly using equipment to optimize processes. * Ensure proper care, cleanliness, and correct usage of equipment and tools. * Immediately report any malfunctions, risks, or needs for corrective maintenance to supervision. * Comply with occupational health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, always using required PPE and engineering controls. * Assist the team in related tasks when necessary. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Completed Elementary Education.
