Join this team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for executing activities across all phases of traffic study development (highway and urban); * Processing and analysis of field-collected data; * Guidance and support to survey teams, as needed; * Performing technical calculations and analyses in Excel spreadsheets; * Use of traffic simulation and modeling software; * Preparation of technical reports; * Development of spreadsheets, routines, and tools for process automation; * Focus on efficiency and reliability in analyses and deliverables; * **Requirement:** Minimum of 1 year of post-graduation experience. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience in traffic engineering; * Ability to develop comprehensive traffic studies; * Processing and analysis of field-collected data; * Execution of technical calculations (number N, ramp analysis, level of service); * Advanced proficiency in Excel (spreadsheets, automations, and calculation routines); * Desired knowledge of VBA and Python (tool development and process optimization); * Desired experience with traffic simulation and modeling software (TransCAD, TransModeler or similar); * Contribution to scenario analysis and support for technical decision-making; * Degree in Transportation Engineering or Civil Engineering.
