




Job Summary: This role involves document processing, billing, and general administrative support within an operational area. Key Highlights: 1. Document verification and analysis 2. Billing issuance and handling of requests 3. Administrative support and report generation **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Document Verification Analyzing documents and forms; registering beneficiary registration data and documents in the beneficiary management system. Updating registrations and correcting registration data in internal systems and health insurance provider portals. Organizing physical and electronic folders and files. \- Billing Issuance Generating bank slips (boletos) and invoices. Sending bills via e\-mail or system. Supporting internal requesting departments. Handling requests for duplicate copies or corrections of bank slips, as well as clarifying issued bills. Recording invoices in the system and entering financial data related to departmental processes. \- General Administrative Activities Updating spreadsheets and internal systems, completing control logs, generating operational and financial reports.
