3. Contributing to MLOps practices
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Analyst to develop, deploy, and evolve Machine Learning models in production within a modern, scalable, and results-oriented data environment.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy bridging modeling and engineering—ensuring models are reliable, monitorable, traceable, and sustainable in production, thereby supporting strategic decision-making and the evolution of products and processes.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop, train, and validate Machine Learning models (supervised and/or unsupervised)
* Implement and maintain the model lifecycle in production (deployment, versioning, testing, and automation)
* Build and enhance data and feature pipelines for training and inference
* Support serving routines (batch and/or near real-time)
* Contribute to MLOps practices: monitoring, traceability, drift detection, and alerting
* Conduct exploratory analyses and propose analytical solutions to business problems
* Collaborate with Data, Analytics/BI, and Product teams to deliver consumable outputs (tables, metrics, scores, APIs)
* Document models, technical decisions, pipelines, and assumptions
* Support continuous improvements in performance, reliability, and maintainability
* Contribute, where applicable, to applied AI initiatives across the data ecosystem.
### **Requirements:**
* Prior experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields
* Proficiency in Python and strong software development practices (organization, testing, version control)
* Practical knowledge of supervised and unsupervised ML
* Familiarity with libraries such as scikit\-learn or similar
* Experience in data preparation and feature engineering
* Strong communication skills for collaboration with both technical and business teams
* Organized, responsible, and committed to continuous learning.
### **Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with MLOps practices (CI/CD, pipelines, model registry, monitoring)
* Knowledge of SQL and analytical environments
* Experience with dataset versioning and experiment reproducibility
* Experience with time series, classification, regression, or recommendation systems
* Experience working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
* Familiarity with modern data architectures and governance
* Experience with applied AI solutions (chatbots, text classification, summarization, intelligent automation).
### **What We Expect From This Role:**
* Autonomy in delivering well-defined scope items
* Commitment to model quality, sustainability, and reliability
* Engineering mindset with operational accountability
* Collaborative attitude and focus on solution efficiency.
