Then take a look at what we require from this professional: **Human Development Analyst** Execute activities related to Human Development processes in accordance with internal procedures, aiming to comply with current legislation and internal controls. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, or related fields * 2 years of experience in the field * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite **Desirable Qualifications:** * Experience with Personnel Administration routines * Knowledge of Labor Legislation * Conflict mediation skills * Intermediate Spanish * Intermediate English * Postgraduate studies, specialization, master’s degree, or equivalent courses in People Management or related fields **Responsibilities:** * Participate in the new employee onboarding process, deliver introductory training sessions, and assist employees during their adaptation period to the company’s environment and culture, promoting employee alignment with the company’s culture and procedures. * Support leadership in managing relationships with employees, aiming to enhance the quality of daily workplace interactions. * Execute internal communication activities in partnership with the marketing department, aiming to keep information updated and disseminate the company’s culture. * Conduct recruitment and selection processes jointly with the requesting department, as well as organize and manage internal employee movement, ensuring alignment with internal procedures and guaranteeing process compliance. * Manage job positions and salaries, collaborating with leadership to draft descriptions for new positions, aiming to meet internal demands and procedures. * Demonstrate adherence to Ius values by participating in training events, internal surveys, meetings, and adopting received recommendations for task execution, aiming for a healthy work environment. * Proactively prevent and minimize risks to health, safety, and the environment, aligning with organizational strategies. * Strictly comply with legislation, as well as institutional norms and policies, ensuring diligence to prevent any data leakage. * Support service quality improvement within the area of responsibility, seeking innovation and continuous process improvement, thereby contributing to achieving organizational goals. * Apply Integrated Management System (IMS) procedures under one’s responsibility, including supporting process monitoring, achieving key results, and preparing/reviewing documentation related to executed activities. * Perform role-related activities with attention to the environmental and social impact of work, striving to adopt a perspective that considers stakeholders in the business. **Job Conditions:** R$ 3202.00, Meal/Voucher Allowance, Remote Work and Internet Allowance, Birthday Day Off, Gympass (gym incentives), Moodar (psychological support), Health Plan, Dental Plan, Life Insurance, and partnership with Open English.
