Description: We are seeking a candidate with: * A completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields. * 3 to 5 years of proven experience in data analysis or data quality. * Proficiency in SQL and experience with tools for manipulating and processing large volumes of data. * Experience building dashboards and visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). * Knowledge of statistical modeling applied to processes and metrics. * Experience in Data Governance, data quality, or KPI standardization projects. You will stand out if you have: * Experience in Applied Statistics and calculating process metrics. Work Location: Belo Horizonte/MG (hybrid work); Your main responsibilities will be: * Ensuring data quality by guaranteeing the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of information used by business areas. * Collecting, processing, and analyzing large volumes of data from diverse sources (internal systems and databases) to measure process and project performance. * Developing, automating, and maintaining dashboards and metrics (Power BI, Tableau, or similar), ensuring visual clarity and informational consistency. * Leading the definition, calculation, and governance of corporate KPIs—especially Quality and Operational KPIs. * Creating and monitoring Control Charts and statistical analyses to identify variations, abnormal trends, and critical points in processes. * Preparing management reports and executive presentations, translating complex data into actionable insights and objective business recommendations. * Supporting Continuous Improvement initiatives. 2512170202551922682
