Support decision-making and ensure goal achievement ### **Position Description** We are looking for a Construction Planning Analyst to provide technical and strategic support for contract management and construction execution, focusing on schedule control, cost control, resource management, and operational performance. The professional will be responsible for developing and monitoring physical-financial construction schedules, supporting the engineering team in decision-making, and ensuring achievement of established goals. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and update physical-financial construction schedules * Monitor physical and financial progress of contracts * Control measurements, productivity, and performance indicators * Support preparation of management reports and dashboards * Conduct critical analysis of schedule and cost deviations * Participate in procurement planning and interface with purchasing * Support document organization and contractual control * Attend follow-up meetings with technical teams and clients ### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields * Prior experience in construction planning and control * Knowledge of scheduling and tools such as MS Project or similar * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in HVAC system projects * Knowledge of construction budgeting * Experience with medium- to large-scale public or private contracts * Experience with Power BI ### **Expected Behavioral Profile** * Organization and attention to detail * Proactivity * Critical analytical ability * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Results-oriented mindset with commitment to deadlines Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
