Create automations and integrate systems to optimize results. **General Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and optimize digital solutions focused on conversion. * Work on front-end and back-end, integrating data analysis and experimentation. * Create, maintain, and improve web pages, systems, and digital workflows. * Apply A/B tests, personalizations, and performance-driven UX improvements. **Development and Implementation** * Develop interfaces and systems focused on performance and scalability. * Create and customize websites and landing pages in WordPress (themes, plugins, integrations). * Ensure compatibility with CRO and digital marketing tools. **Data Analysis and Performance** * Collect and interpret navigation, behavioral, and conversion data. * Use tools such as analytics, heatmaps, and funnel analysis. * Base technical decisions on data and performance-oriented prioritization. **Optimization and Experimentation** * Plan, develop, and execute A/B and multivariate tests. * Implement dynamic personalizations using JavaScript and specialized platforms. * Validate results to guide continuous improvement. **Automation and Integrations** * Create automation workflows using N8N, Make, or similar tools. * Integrate systems, CRMs, media platforms, and databases. * Implement APIs and automated processes oriented toward conversion. **Data Modeling and Processing** * Use Python for data processing and analysis. * Create supporting scripts for experimentation, reporting, and statistical validation. **Reporting and Diagnosis** * Document hypotheses, processes, tests, and results. * Prepare technical and strategic reports for stakeholders. * Promote a data-driven culture within the organization. **Key Activities** * Develop and optimize web pages and digital workflows focused on conversion. * Monitor A/B tests, personalizations, and experiments. * Build solutions in WordPress. * Create automations via APIs and tools such as n8n. * Analyze performance and behavioral metrics. * Collaborate with UX, marketing, product, and data teams. * Ensure technical quality, documentation, and version control. * Stay updated on CRO, development, and martech trends. * Disseminate technical best practices. **General Job Responsibilities** * Participate in company-provided training programs. * Support onboarding and guidance of new team members. * Ensure information quality, reliability, and confidentiality. * Comply with internal procedures and safety regulations. * Report irregularities to the immediate supervisor. * Stay updated and contribute to continuous improvement. * Perform related tasks as requested by leadership.
