This is an excellent opportunity for those wishing to develop administrative skills combined with technology use in a corporate setting. **Main Responsibilities** * Support administrative routines (document control, spreadsheets, and reports) * Assist in organizing internal processes and operational workflows * Use digital tools to optimize tasks (spreadsheets, systems, management apps) * Support basic financial control (entries, reconciliations, reports) * Collaborate with various company departments on administrative requests * Monitor KPIs and support simple data analysis **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in Administration, Business Management, or related fields * Basic/intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets * Familiarity with digital tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, online systems) * Good communication and organizational skills * Proactivity and willingness to learn **Preferred Qualifications** * Basic automation knowledge (e.g., formulas, simple dashboards) * Experience with tools such as Trello, Notion, or similar * Interest in innovation and digital transformation Job Type: Internship Compensation: R$1.518,00 - R$4.862,23 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
