**Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, or related fields; Experience in the role within the Food Industry / Food Service, Pharmaceuticals, or Medical Supplies sectors; Experience leading quality teams; Knowledge of standards and management systems (ISO 9001, food safety standards – IFS, BRC); Knowledge of Quality Tools and continuous improvement methodologies (SPC, PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, FMEA – Failure Modes and Effects Analysis); Knowledge of Product Management for in-process and finished products (critical control points, monitoring of in-process and finished products, cleaning and sanitation management, non-conforming product); Knowledge of Quality Engineering (statistical tools, process validation, metrology and calibration, sampling, inspection) and Non-Conformance Control; Microsoft Office Suite; Availability to work in the Satélite neighborhood, Belo Horizonte. **Benefits:** **Meal allowance:** BRL 500.00 Meals provided at the company Transportation allowance or fuel card Health and dental plan extendable to family members (Unimed) Attendance bonus: BRL 350.00 **Work model:** On-site – CLT employment – Monday to Friday during business hours. – Salary expectations are currently under discussion **Key Responsibilities:** Ensure that products and processes comply with internal standards and legal requirements. Ensure compliance with IFS certifications and develop and review procedures, work instructions, and quality standards. Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits and implement corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate risk analyses and manage potential failures that could impact customers or the business. Ensure metrological reliability and traceability. Lead, develop, and train the quality and laboratory teams. Collaborate closely with Production, Maintenance, Logistics, EHS, and HR departments. Prepare managerial reports and executive analyses for senior leadership.
