Over these years, the company has maintained stability and tradition, strengthening its culture. **About the opportunity:** **What is essential to apply?** Completed high school; Familiarity with CRM tools and skills; Experience in pre-sales. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (2-hour lunch break), and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. **What will be the challenges?** * Make initial contact with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email; * Conduct lead prospecting and qualification; * Qualify opportunities for the sales team; * Understand customer needs and direct them appropriately; * Update information in the CRM; * Support the commercial team in increasing sales conversion. **What do we expect from this professional?** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proactivity and enthusiasm; * Flexibility; * Attention to detail; * Decision-making ability. **What could be a differentiator?** * Previous experience as an SDR, telesales, telemarketing, or sales representative; * Knowledge of the sales funnel; * CRM experience; * Leadership experience. **What do we offer you?** Salary R$2.150,00 + Bonus Performance-based career plan.
