We are seeking professionals who identify with our purpose and values, delivering the best experience to our patients. **Check out the challenges and responsibilities of this role:** Supervise routine operational tasks (preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings and medical and work equipment, as well as ensuring effective movement of assets within units for on-site and system-based asset management); Monitor the scope of necessary construction projects at Units (renovations, improvements, restructuring of new environments); **For this position, you must meet the following requirements and competencies:** Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Civil Engineering or related fields; Knowledge of service order and asset management systems; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Familiarity with occupational safety and health standards, including those related to surveillance and risk prevention; Driver's license category B is desirable; Strong interpersonal skills and a dynamic profile; Good time management and planning skills; **We offer you:** Market-competitive remuneration; Caju meal allowance of R$ 25.00 per day; Pharmacy benefits; Transportation allowance according to need; Unimed health insurance and dental coverage; SESC membership; Partnerships with educational institutions; Life insurance; **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Work location:** Rua Juiz de Fora, Santo Agostinho, 1268, Belo Horizonte - Minas Gerais, 30180-061, Brazil
