Compliance with internal policies and best practices in IT governance **Job Mission:** Provide senior-level microcomputer technical support, ensuring effective user assistance, equipment maintenance, installation and configuration of IT resources, and support for the client's operational routines, thereby ensuring service continuity and compliance with technical standards, internal policies, and best practices in IT governance. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Activities:** * Provide on-site or remote technical support as required by incidents logged in the ITSM tool. * Perform diagnostics, identification, and resolution of incidents and requests related to hardware, software, operating systems, antivirus, local networks, office tools, and institutional systems. * Install, configure, maintain, and repair computers, notebooks, printers, scanners, webcams, and other peripherals. * Install and configure application software, Microsoft Windows operating systems (7/8\.1/10/11\), corporate tools, and institutional applications. * Support and monitor videoconferencing activities, including testing, equipment configuration, and user assistance. * Provide on-site support with a courteous, proactive, and technically proficient attitude, ensuring clear and appropriate communication with end users. * Conduct equipment relocation, verification, and inventory of IT assets, ensuring up-to-date registration records. * Engage vendors and technical support services when necessary, observing warranty periods and defined procedures. * Log, update, and close tickets in the ITSM tool, ensuring complete and accurate historical records. * Comply with Lanlink’s and the client’s processes, policies, and obligations regarding Compliance, Information Security, and governance.
