A churrascaria in São Luís (Cohama) is seeking a Hostess. **Responsibilities:** Greet customers courteously and professionally. Manage the waiting list and reservation organization. Escort customers to their tables, ensuring efficient dining room flow. Assist in organizing the entrance and reception area. Maintain constant communication with the dining room staff (waiters and management). Ensure an excellent customer experience from arrival through seating. Prepare the reception area before opening. Verify reservations and plan dining room occupancy. Provide in-person customer service, and when necessary, via phone/WhatsApp. Monitor waiting times and prioritize service accordingly. Support during peak hours to maintain service efficiency. Perform duties typical of a Hostess role. Position located in São Luís / MA. Previous experience as a Receptionist, Hostess, Event Coordinator, or Customer Service Assistant may indicate suitability for some of these responsibilities. High school diploma required.
