




Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning, controlling, and optimizing Procurement and Inventory Management processes, ensuring product availability, cost reduction, and operational efficiency. Inventory Control and Accuracy **DESCRIPTION:** Plan, control, and optimize **Procurement and Inventory Management** processes, ensuring appropriate product availability, cost reduction, and minimal tied-up capital, thereby contributing to operational efficiency and departmental structuring. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, control, and execute procurement processes for materials and supplies. * Conduct negotiations with suppliers to secure better commercial terms, delivery schedules, and costs. * Evaluate and monitor supplier performance. * Standardize and ensure compliance with internal procurement processes. * Prepare and present managerial reports and departmental KPIs. * Plan, control, and verify inventory levels, ensuring data accuracy. * Register products in the ERP system. * Record and track product receipts in the system. * Monitor inventory movements and support physical counts as needed. * Prepare and present inventory control and performance reports. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in **Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or related fields** (preferred); * Experience in Procurement and/or Inventory Management roles. * Hands-on experience using **ERP** systems for procurement and inventory control. * Proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets at a **basic to intermediate level**. **COMPENSATION \+ BENEFITS:** * Salary; * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; * Birthday day off. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
