Negotiation of prices, delivery terms, and payment conditions **Description** Act as deputy to the Sales Manager or, in their absence, coordinate, guide, and supervise the store's sales routines to meet established targets within defined commercial conditions, ensuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for sales management and customer service at the parts counter or by phone, complying with routines established by the Sales Directorate, promoting parts and accessories sales, identifying customer needs, providing information, checking inventory levels, and communicating prices and payment terms. Ensure quality processes and sales routines as stipulated by the directorates, applying them daily at the assigned branch. Execute daily routines prescribed by the Sales Directorate to ensure achievement of set targets. Maintain team motivation by fostering a positive work environment; ensure excellence in customer service at the store; negotiate prices, delivery terms, payment conditions, and sales discounts. Advise customers on part specifications and recommend additional parts or products. Contact potential and existing customers. Register orders in the system. Acquire new customers via email and phone. Perform other duties related to the position, as directed by superiors. Maintain an organized and clean workplace in accordance with the Quality Project. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School education. Team management skills.
