Description: Act as the Sales Manager's deputy or, in their absence, coordinate, guide, and supervise the store's sales routines to meet established targets within defined commercial conditions, ensuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities and Duties * Responsible for sales management and customer service at the parts counter or via telephone, adhering to sales routines established by the Sales Directorate, promoting parts and accessories sales, understanding customer needs, providing information, checking inventory, and communicating prices and payment terms. * Ensure quality processes and sales routines as stipulated by the directorates, applying them daily at the assigned branch. * Execute daily sales routines proposed by the Sales Directorate to achieve set targets. * Maintain team motivation by fostering a positive work environment. * Ensure excellence in customer service at the store. * Negotiate prices, delivery terms, payment conditions, and sales discounts. * Provide guidance on parts specifications, suggesting complementary parts or products. * Contact prospective and existing customers. * Register orders in the system. * Acquire new customers via email and telephone. * Perform other duties related to the position, as directed by superiors. * Maintain an organized and clean workplace in accordance with the Quality Project.
