Ensure preservation of facilities and materials. **DESCRIPTION:** Maintain the building clean, organized, and in good working condition, ensuring a suitable, safe, and pleasant environment for employees, residents, and visitors. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Clean and sanitize restrooms; * Perform general cleaning; * Properly collect and dispose of all types of waste; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafeteria; * Clean general outdoor areas; * Ensure preservation of facilities and materials used; * Follow rules, procedures, and instructions. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed High School education; * Experience in this role (preferred). **COMPENSATION + BENEFITS:** * Salary; * Transportation Allowance; * Hazard Pay; * Meal Voucher. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Business Hours – 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
