Join our team as a: **Loader Operator!** **Responsibilities and duties** * Conduct equipment inspection before starting work, checking engine operation, dashboard, electrical system, hydraulic system, engine oil level, coolant level in radiator, fuel, tires, brakes, pedals, and control levers; * Receive instructions and guidance regarding the type of work to be performed; * Execute machine movements by operating levers, pedals, and control buttons; * Perform loading operations for soil and organic soil material, truck loading for transporting organic material, fertilizers, overburden, agricultural inputs, and ramp finishing; * Drive and operate the front-end loader while observing traffic laws; * Ensure optimal operation of the front-end loader, requesting repairs when necessary; * Keep the workplace, tools, and equipment clean and organized; * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations and company policies. **Requirements and qualifications** * Experience and basic knowledge of mechanics; * Preferred — Experience in fertilizer companies; * Knowledge of operating small-, medium-, and large-scale agricultural machinery and equipment; * Preferred — National Driver's License; **Additional information** * Life insurance (co-payment); * Health plan (co-payment); * CLT employment contract; * Maternity basket.
