Then this opportunity is for you! **The IT Assistant** is responsible for general IT tasks, including equipment maintenance and user support. **Your Responsibilities:** * 1\. Provide technical assistance for IT services and operation of company systems; 2\. Reset passwords for accounts, e-mails, and company networks; 3\. Configure or replace departmental equipment experiencing operational issues, such as mice, keyboards, monitors, printers, routers, etc.; 4\. Perform maintenance and repair of hardware, including desktops and notebooks; 5\. Install, configure, and perform preventive maintenance of software to ensure system security; 6\. Conduct on-site technical visits to resolve failures in POS systems, mobshop, internet links, and other equipment, ensuring operational continuity. 7\. Assist in protecting company data through backups and antivirus installation to prevent loss of files and information. 7\. Install and troubleshoot camera systems across units to ensure security and proper recording of incidents. **What We Are Looking For:** * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other IT-related fields * Knowledge of computer support and maintenance * Proficiency in Office 365 and BI * Familiarity with Networks and Servers (Windows Server) * Familiarity with CCTV * Basic knowledge of Python (for automation)
