If you identify with our purpose, shall we together imagine a future and engineer it? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Ensure the execution and delivery of results for projects under your responsibility, detailing the project plan according to alignment with responsible professionals, serving as the liaison with stakeholders, and monitoring activities across various disciplines to contribute to contract fulfillment within specifications agreed upon with the client. **Detailed Description:** * Coordinate projects from the Bauxite Residue Area (ARB), *Capital*, and *ARO (Asset Retirement Obligation)* portfolios: * Understand and critically analyze the problem/opportunity and develop the *Business Case* for projects with operational area clients; * Manage project scope and perform appropriate change management when required; * Collaborate with the construction and engineering manager to develop the construction strategy during the early phases of the project; * Collaborate with the procurement manager to develop the procurement strategy (project packaging) during the early phases of the project; * Collaborate with the engineering and commissioning team to develop the commissioning strategy; * Provide inputs and define project schedules in collaboration with the planning team; responsible for implementing necessary actions to ensure adherence; * Request funds for all project phases through the RfA (*Request for Authorization*); * Lead deliverables with the project team according to parameters established in the PGDL (*Project Gate Deliverable List*) to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget, and in-scope project execution; * Evaluate and approve all plans and estimates for projects; also responsible for managing and ensuring cost adherence for projects; * Conduct EHS (RESSMAP) review meetings with key stakeholders; * Develop the Project Execution Plan (PEP), integrating all project knowledge areas; * Promote the identification and assessment process for all risks and hazards associated with project execution and ensure appropriate risk management and control measures are in place; * Monitor the development of engineering work to be performed by consulting firms; * Report physical and financial project performance to management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; * Specialization in Project Management; * Extensive experience in project management; * Knowledge of the FEL methodology; * Proven experience in projects related to Dams, Earthworks, and/or Drainage. * Analytical, structured, and results-oriented profile, with strong communication skills, analytical vision, and experience leading critical projects and strategic initiatives. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); * Familiarity with AutoCAD; * Willingness to work on-site in São Luís/MA, **without field breaks.** **Preferred Qualifications:** * Intermediate English proficiency; * Specialization in Geotechnical Engineering. **Additional Information** **Position Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office (On-site) * Work Location: São Luís/MA * Working Hours: 07:05 to 16:30 **Benefits Included in this Position:** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * Gympass Partnership Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
