If you identify with our purpose, shall we imagine and engineer the future together? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure planning and control of all activities comprising the project and portfolio scope, verifying adherence to milestones defined for the contracted undertaking, to guarantee fulfillment of contractual requirements. * Define, based on project scope and deliverables, the logical sequence for executing project phases to identify the critical path (the longest activity sequence) for schedule development. * Ensure planning development for monitoring construction execution stages, aiming to guarantee monitoring and control of deliverables within established deadlines. * Monitor activity progress through occasional site visits, data analysis, team reports, and other information sources, to ensure timely delivery. * Ensure dissemination of periodic construction progress reports, highlighting advances, bottlenecks, losses, and key execution-related risks, to meet initially planned and scheduled deadlines. * Development of schedules, S-curves, and monitoring and updating of Planned vs. Actual performance across projects. * **Development of project monitoring reports and KPIs**. * Ensure project information is detailed and accurately reflected in schedules. * Prepare schedules considering the critical path, physical and financial weighting, phased deliverables, and project approval gates. * Record project control and change management actions. * Ensure any schedule deviation is clearly highlighted and its final impact on the schedule analyzed. * Develop and monitor project closure and pending items. * Lead project meetings and action plans. * Record lessons learned. * Conduct interface meetings with projects under your responsibility to align interferences potentially impacting planned project development. * Participate in cross-functional contract area meetings related to your area of responsibility to align and identify interferences potentially affecting planned project development. * Provide operational guidance to the team and assign tasks to be performed within the area, facilitating and integrating team efforts to enhance results-oriented performance. * Oversee application of personnel competencies and time allocations for operations under your responsibility, assessing workload demands, individual needs, and legal compliance requirements—including vacation, attendance tracking, role or location changes—aligning with your immediate manager for implementation. * Ensure all employees under your supervision understand and comply with company policies and procedures, and maintain up-to-date training for operational execution as per established procedures. * Evaluate performance of staff under your supervision, proposing allocation, development, and management initiatives to maximize competency utilization, retain high-potential talent, and ensure appropriate team composition—supporting sustainability, equitable treatment, employee satisfaction, and organizational outcomes. * Request disciplinary actions or penalties from HR or Risk Management in cases of non-compliance with company policies and procedures. * Develop competencies of personnel under your supervision, ensuring participation in promoted events and effectiveness of succession plans for management and critical positions. * Perform operational activities within the area when necessary, to address technical demands and train professionals for specific functions **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Advanced experience with Primavera P6; * Advanced experience with MS Project and Power BI; * Advanced Office suite proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); * People leadership experience; * Advanced experience in PLANNING. * Willingness to work on-site in São Luís/MA, without field leave. **Additional Information** **Job Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office (On-site) * Work Location: São Luís/MA * Working Hours: 7:05 AM to 4:30 PM **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Gympass partnership Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
