Supervise daily cash reconciliation and product inventory control, ensuring procedural compliance. Ensure operational safety according to Health, Safety, and Environment standards. Prepare work schedules, manage vacation schedules, track overtime hours, implement disciplinary actions, and perform other activities related to employee management. Conduct team meetings to communicate group goals and requirements, understand internal company policies, and apply them whenever necessary. Previous experience as Operations Director, Operations Coordinator, Operations Supervisor, or Project Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
