About the Role: Alcoa is seeking an Engineering professional to join the Alumar unit in São Luís (MA), specifically at the Reduction Plant. As a Senior Engineer (Projects), you will be responsible for: * Calculating project costs by assessing requirements for labor, materials, fabrication, installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to determine total expenditure; * Developing execution plans for predictive analysis and structural integrity inspection; * Understanding Regulatory Norms (NRs) and Fire Protection and Suppression Systems (SPCI); * Ensuring attainment and maintenance of all audit requirements; * Participating in Reliability Steering Team meetings to define and deploy maintenance strategies. What You Can Bring to This Role: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; * Mandatory Professional Registration: CREA; * Advanced English proficiency preferred; * Solid experience in industrial maintenance engineering; * Knowledge of Project Management and Execution; * Proficiency in Regulatory Norms (NRs); * Knowledge of Fire Protection and Suppression Systems (SPCI); * Willingness to reside in São Luís, Maranhão.
