Promotion of Organizational Climate and Culture This position is intended for professionals holding a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Psychology, with advanced computer skills and experience as a Generalist HR professional (Recruitment & Selection, Personnel Department, and Training) to work at a company located in São Luís \- MA. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Recruitment and selection; * Personnel Administration and Management: Processing payroll, verifying accounting records, entering data and forwarding information to the accountant; * Training and Development: Onboarding, conducting team activities (capacity building, leadership development); * Organizational climate and culture: Promoting dissemination and engagement with the company’s culture and values. **Requirements and Qualifications** Residence in the metropolitan region of São Luís \- MA; Completed bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Psychology; Experience using HR systems and advanced computer skills; Experience as a Generalist HR professional (Recruitment & Selection, Personnel Department, and Training); Experience with FORTES or DOMINIO systems is a plus. **Additional Information** CLT employment contract; Fixed salary; Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 hours (Saturdays as needed); Meal allowance; Transportation allowance.
