Job Responsibilities
* Prepare the surgical environment, instruments, and materials specific for ophthalmological procedures;
* Provide direct patient care during pre-, intra-, and immediate post-operative phases;
* Support nurses and medical staff during procedures, ensuring patient safety and proper surgical conduct;
* Organize and ensure availability of materials and equipment for surgical procedures.
* Accurately perform clinical routines according to surgical center protocols.
* Contribute to procedural efficiency, avoiding delays and ensuring adherence to the surgical schedule.
Requirements
* Completed undergraduate degree in Nursing, with active COREN registration.
* Proven experience in surgical centers.
* Availability to work on a flexible schedule, including extended hours as per the surgical schedule;
* Prior experience in ophthalmological surgical centers is desirable.
Compensation and Benefits Package
