Important: We do not charge any fees during our selection processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- About the Position: * Managing the monthly delivery process of cash balance closing and electronic invoices; * Providing service to customers or contract representatives at the Institution; * Managing the submission of provisional service receipts and electronic invoices from the São Domingos Group to the city hall website; * Handling notifications received through the São Domingos Group’s customer service channel; * Delivering surgery cost estimates for private patients, provided by the Claims Management team, to customers; * Preparing and submitting monthly reports to Financial Management; * Negotiating overdue accounts of private patients; * Collecting overdue accounts of hospitalized private patients; * Issuing receipts and invoices for customers; * Managing the delivery and registration of pending receivables for legal collection; * Sending payment links to customers via financial services operators’ portals; * Daily checking, handling, and routing via e\-mail to respective departments; * Verifying the linkage between patient attendance numbers and advances processed in the standard module of the specific system; * Supporting management in monitoring write-offs related to advances from private customers. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ If you believe in compassionate care and want to transform global healthcare, our clinical assistance area offers a caring and welcoming environment.
