Focus on continuous improvement and inventory accuracy **Job Opening: Logistics Manager – Retail** **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Logistics Manager** to work in retail, responsible for full management of logistics operations, leadership of the Distribution Center, and coordination of delivery, pickup (retira), and inventory teams. The role ensures operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, and excellence in service level. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage DC operations (receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and inventory). * Lead delivery, pickup (retira), and inventory control teams. * Administer and monitor WMS usage. * Plan and control inventories, ensuring inventory accuracy. * Monitor logistics KPIs (on-time performance, productivity, damages, costs). * Drive continuous improvement of logistics processes. * Ensure adherence to deadlines, safety, and operational standards. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or Coordinator in retail. * Knowledge of WMS and ERP systems. * Experience leading operational teams. * Analytical, organized profile with a results-oriented mindset. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in logistics operations. * Experience in Distribution Centers. * Experience with cyclic and physical inventories.
