Work in accordance with technical standards and support maintenance audits. **Job Responsibilities:** 1\. **Execution of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance** a. Perform periodic inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems of cranes. b. Carry out corrective repairs on electric motors, drive systems, gearboxes, braking systems, and structural components. c. Lubricate and adjust mechanisms according to the maintenance plan and technical manuals. 2\. **Fault Diagnosis and Analysis** a. Use measurement and diagnostic instruments (multimeter, megohmmeter, vibration analyzer, thermal imager) to identify faults. b. Interpret electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical diagrams to troubleshoot problems. c. Apply diagnostic methodologies such as 5 Whys, Ishikawa, and technical troubleshooting. 3\. **Maintenance of Electrical and Electronic Systems** a. Inspect, test, and replace cables, connectors, sensors, and actuators. b. Perform adjustments and parameterization of PLCs, frequency inverters, and embedded automation systems. c. Ensure integrity of safety and interlock systems. 4\. **Maintenance of Hydraulic and Mechanical Systems** a. Perform maintenance on pumps, valves, hydraulic cylinders, and piping. b. Adjust clearances, align, and calibrate critical mechanical components. c. Monitor pressure, flow rate, and temperature of hydraulic systems. **5\. Compliance with Standards and Procedures** a. Work in accordance with technical standards (NR\-10, NR\-12, NR\-35, ISO) and manufacturer guidelines. b. Ensure personnel and equipment safety during interventions. * Record activities in service orders within the PCM system. **6\. Support for Inspections and Audits** a. Support internal and external maintenance and safety audits. b. Participate in predictive inspections (thermography, ultrasonics, oil analysis). c. Report deviations and propose improvements to procedures. **7\. Tool and Spare Parts Management** a. Control and ensure proper use of tools and measuring equipment. b. Request and monitor replenishment of critical parts and spare components. c. Contribute to maintaining minimum stock levels to prevent unplanned downtime. **8\. Operational Integration** a. Interact with operators to gather information on crane behavior and performance. b. Support internal training on operation and preventive maintenance. c. Participate in failure analysis and continuous improvement meetings. **9\. Technical Documentation and Reporting** a. Prepare maintenance reports describing activities performed, parts used, and intervention time. b. Input technical data into maintenance management systems for indicator tracking (MTBF, MTTR, availability). c. Propose improvements to procedures and the maintenance plan.
