Your daily responsibilities: * Provide technical support to employees regarding questions and technical issues. * Assist in maintaining computers, printers, and network equipment. * Support routine tasks such as backups, system updates, and access control. * Help organize and inventory IT equipment. * Collaborate on internal technological improvement projects. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in a technical or undergraduate program in Information Technology, Networking, Systems, or related fields. * Eagerness to learn and interest in technology. * Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team. Preferred Qualifications: * Familiarity with cloud computing (Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure). * Basic knowledge of networking and operating systems. * Participation in academic or personal IT-related projects.
