Develop execution schedules, monitor deadlines and costs, and ensure service quality. Supervise work teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Conduct site inspections and technical audits on ongoing projects, identifying potential issues and proposing solutions. Manage material and equipment usage to ensure resource efficiency and optimal utilization. Maintain communication with suppliers, service providers, and clients to ensure effective interaction and satisfaction of all stakeholders. Ensure compliance with technical standards and current legislation, guaranteeing project conformity with established requirements. Participate in technical meetings and presentations, contributing ideas and solutions to improve construction processes.
