About the role We are looking for a **Developer** to join our **digital squad** and support projects involving **technology, SEO, and performance marketing**. We seek someone who, beyond coding, possesses **curiosity and a strong desire to learn** about traffic strategies, inbound marketing, and digital campaigns. ?️ Responsibilities * Develop and maintain websites, landing pages, and integrations; * Implement on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, headings, page speed, responsiveness, etc.); * Perform tagging and event configuration (Google Tag Manager, GA4, pixels, and other tools); * Support the marketing team in building campaign pages for inbound and paid media initiatives; * Ensure the performance and trackability of digital initiatives; * Actively participate in the squad’s agile rituals (dailies, plannings, reviews). ✅ Requirements * Proficiency in **HTML, CSS, and JavaScript**; * Understanding of **on-page SEO** and performance optimization; * Basic experience with **Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and pixels**; * Familiarity with **form integrations, CRM, and marketing automation**; * Knowledge of version control using **Git/GitHub**; * Proactivity and interest in learning about **paid traffic and inbound marketing**. ?
