It manages over 1,200 kilometers of road network formed by 12 highways in São Paulo state, passing through municipalities from Rio Claro, in the central region of São Paulo state, to Panorama, in the far west, bordering Mato Grosso do Sul state. The company began operations in June 2020, investing in infrastructure works, signage, technology, human and operational resources to serve users. The concessionaire administers 263.42 kilometers of SP\-310 and SP\-225, between the cities of São Carlos and Rio Claro, and from Itirapina to Bauru, which had already been under concession for 20 years, and 958 kilometers of highways previously managed by DER – Departamento de Estradas de Rodagem – comprising sections of SP\-284; SP\-293; SP\-294; SP\-331; SP\-425; SP\-261; SP\-304; SP\-308; SP\-197 and SP\-191, connecting municipalities in the Bauru, Marília, and Presidente Prudente regions. The contract signed with the São Paulo state government foresees investments of BRL 14 billion in infrastructure and technology over 30 years of concession. A total of 600 kilometers of highways will be duplicated, in addition to the construction of shoulders, bypass roads, and bike lanes.
