We are seeking an **Extraction Operator I** to join the **Maracaí Unit** in **MARACAÍ/SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR DAILY ACTIVITIES WILL INCLUDE:** * Performing equipment checklists installed in the cane reception, preparation, and milling area; * Monitoring the extraction process, verifying operational variables, achieved results, and daily targets defined by the Operations Manager; * Conducting operational improvement activities related to the process and the company’s SSMA guidelines; * Creating requisitions for items used in daily maintenance, as well as consumables for the respective team; * Performing equipment maintenance during harvest and off-season periods; * Following organization and cleaning guidelines established by the Operations Manager; * Completing documentation related to daily sector operations, service permits, and daily material consumption tracking; * Performing mill control activities (via automation); * Welding and boiler-making activities (considered a plus). **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed elementary education; * Experience in welding and boiler-making (considered a plus); * Availability to work rotating shifts and on a 5x1 schedule; * Residence in Assis/SP, Maracaí/SP, or Paraguaçu Paulista/SP. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional ones may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application \- completing this form and any additional required data. * HR Interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion about day-to-day responsibilities and challenges.
